How to Make Cannabis-Infused Chicken Ramen

Ingredients:
- 6 cups chicken broth.
- 2 tbsp soy sauce.
- 1 tbsp miso paste.
- 1-inch ginger (sliced).
- 3 garlic cloves (crushed).
- 1 scallion (whole).
- 1 tsp sesame oil.
- 1 tsp rice vinegar.
- 2 boneless chicken thighs (or breast).
- 1 tbsp olive oil.
- 1 tbsp Cannabutter or Cannabis-infused oil.
- 2 packs fresh ramen noodles.
- 2 soft-boiled eggs (halved).
- 1/2 cup mushrooms (sliced).
- 1/2 cup corn kernels.
- 1 scallion (chopped).
- 1 sheet nori (cut into strips).
- 1 tsp sesame seeds.
- Salt & pepper to taste.
- Chili oil (optional).
Tools:
- Large pot.
- Medium saucepan.
- Strainer.
- Ladle.
- Tongs.
- Mixing bowl.
- Measuring spoons & cups.
- Chef’s knife.
- Cutting board.
Instructions:
1. Make the broth: In a big pot, mix chicken broth, soy sauce, miso paste, ginger, garlic, and a whole scallion. Let it simmer on low heat for 20-25 minutes.
2. Strain and flavor the broth: After the flavors have mixed, strain out the solids and put the broth back in the pot. Add sesame oil and rice vinegar, then keep it warm.
3. Flavor the chicken: Put salt and pepper on both sides of the chicken thighs. Make sure they’re covered evenly.
4. Sear and rest: Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Sear the chicken skin-side down until it’s crispy, about 4 minutes. Flip it and cook the other side. When it’s done, take it off the heat and let it sit for 5 minutes before slicing it.
5. Cook the noodles: Cook the ramen noodles like the package says, then drain them.
6. Get the toppings ready: For the eggs, boil some water and carefully put them in. Cook them for 6.5 minutes for a soft yolk, then put them in ice water. After they’re cool, peel them and cut them in half. Cook the mushrooms a little in a pan with some soy sauce.
7. Add the good stuff: Stir your Cannabis-Infused Sesame Oil into the warm broth right before serving.
8. Put the ramen together: Put the cooked noodles in bowls. Pour the hot broth over them, then add sliced chicken, eggs, mushrooms, corn, scallions, nori, and sesame seeds. If you like it spicy, add some chili oil. Now your infused ramen is ready!

Tips For Better Cannabis Chicken Ramen
Want to make your cannabis chicken ramen really good? Here are some tips from the pros to make sure every bowl is flavorful, infused just right, and always tastes great.
- Use Good Stuff: Get some fresh broth, maybe organic chicken, and some nice soy sauce or miso. It’ll make it taste way better.
- Don’t Boil It: If it gets too hot, the good stuff in the cannabis can get weaker. Just warm the broth, don’t let it boil, when you add the infusion.
- Get the Bits Out: Strain it good so there aren’t any chunks. That’s how restaurants do it, and it makes it super smooth.
- Egg-cellent Egg: Six and a half minutes in boiling water, then straight into ice water. That’s how you get that perfect soft yolk.
- Make it Your Own: Mess with the toppings and spice until it tastes just how you like it.
- Mix it Up: Give it a good stir before you serve it. You want the infused oil spread evenly so everyone gets the same dose.

Serving Suggestions
1. Try some crunchy edamame tossed in sea salt or a side of gyoza to make it a full meal.
2. A scoop of matcha ice cream or some mochi will round out the experience with a touch of sweetness.
3. A light beer or a refreshing iced green tea balances out the richness of the broth beautifully.
