Cannabis Carrot Bread
Carrot bread has always been one of those recipes that makes the whole house smell amazing. I still remember the first time I made it instead of a traditional carrot cake. I wanted something that was a little less sweet, easier to slice, and perfect for breakfast, an afternoon snack, or even dessert. Of course, it didn’t take long before I started thinking… what if I added a little cannabis magic to it? 😏
That’s how this cannabis carrot bread became one of my favorite baked treats. It’s incredibly moist, perfectly spiced, loaded with freshly grated carrots, and finished with cannabis-infused butter that adds a smooth richness to every bite. Whether you enjoy it warm with a little extra butter or alongside your morning coffee, this loaf is pure comfort food with an elevated twist.
No matter how you make it, this cannabis carrot bread is one of those recipes you’ll find yourself baking over and over again!

How to Make Cannabis Carrot Bread

Ingredients:
- ½ tsp salt.
- ¼ cup milk.
- 2 large eggs.
- ½ tsp baking soda.
- 2 cups all-purpose flour.
- 2 tsp baking powder.
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon.
- ½ tsp ground nutmeg.
- ¼ tsp ground ginger.
- 2 cups freshly grated carrots.
- ½ cup cannabis-infused butter, melted.
- ½ cup vegetable oil.
- ¾ cup brown sugar.
- ¼ cup granulated sugar.
- 2 tsp vanilla extract.
- ½ cup chopped walnuts (optional).
- ½ cup chopped pecans (optional).
- ½ cup raisins (optional).
Tools:
- 9×5-inch loaf pan.
- Mixing bowls.
- Whisk.
- Rubber spatula.
- Measuring cups & spoons.
- Box grater or food processor.
- Cooling rack.
- Parchment paper (optional).
Instructions:
1. Prepare your pan: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan or line it with parchment paper for easy removal.
2. Mix the dry ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and salt until everything is evenly combined.
3. Mix the wet ingredients: In another bowl, whisk together the melted cannabis butter, vegetable oil, brown sugar, granulated sugar, eggs, vanilla, and milk until smooth.
4. Combine everything: Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and gently mix until just combined. Fold in the grated carrots, along with the walnuts and raisins if you’re using them. Be careful not to overmix or the bread can become dense.
5. Bake: Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth out the top. Bake for 55-65 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
6. Let it rest: Allow the bread to cool in the pan for about 15 minutes before transferring it to a cooling rack. Let it cool completely before slicing if you want nice clean slices… although I won’t judge if you sneak a warm piece. 😄

Tips For Better Cannabis Carrot Bread
- Grate Your Own Carrots: Freshly grated carrots have much more moisture than pre-shredded carrots, making the bread softer and more flavorful.
- Adjust the Potency: If your cannabis butter is highly concentrated, substitute part of it with regular butter so each slice has the perfect dose.
- Freeze It: Wrap individual slices tightly and freeze for up to 3 months. Simply thaw at room temperature whenever you’re craving a slice.

Serving Suggestions
Serve a warm slice with a little softened butter and cream cheese or whipped honey butter for a simple treat. Pair it with a hot cup of coffee, chai tea, or infused hot chocolate.
Leftover slices are delicious toasted with a drizzle of maple syrup, or you can turn them into dessert by topping them with vanilla ice cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
This cannabis carrot bread is one of those cozy recipes that never goes out of style. It’s soft, flavorful, perfectly spiced, and just sweet enough without going overboard. Whether you’re baking it for yourself, sharing it with friends, or bringing it to a family gathering, it’s guaranteed to disappear fast.
