How to Make Cannabis Juice
Ingredients:
- Juice of 1 lemon.
- 1/2 cucumber, peeled.
- 1 handful spinach leaves.
- 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks.
- 1 green apple, cored and sliced.
- 1 cup cold water or coconut water.
- 1-2 grams of decarboxylated cannabis.
- 1-2 tbsp of cannabis tincture (optional).
Tools:
- Cheesecloth.
- Juicer or blender.
- Measuring spoons.

Instructions:
1. Prep your weed: If you’ve already activated your weed (decarbed it), great! Just add it to your mix. If not, check out my guide on how to do that first. Then, toss it in with your other ingredients while blending.
💡 Using fresh leaves? Wash ’em well and add ’em straight to your mix. They’re packed with good stuff and won’t get you high
2. Gather your stuff: Wash and chop all your fruits and veggies. Makes things easier to blend or juice.
3. Juice or blend: Throw everything (fruits, veggies, leaves) in your juicer. Let it do its thing. Pour and enjoy!
💡 Using a blender? Combine fruits, veggies, water (or coconut water), and your decarbed weed. Blend until smooth. For a smoother drink, strain it through a fine mesh sieve.
4. Taste test: See if it needs anything. More ginger for spice? More lemon for tang?
5. Serve and savor: Pour it into a chilled glass. Garnish with mint if you want. Sip slow and enjoy!
